The representative that meets with you will have the authority to make a commitment on-the-spot. We will attempt to find a solution that will allow you to move from your current home to one of our remodeled homes with not cash from you. You can trade up or downsize. In either case, you will be getting a clean remodeled home and we will take your trade-in "as is".

We have experience in handling estates with or without wills, foreclosure situations, divorce required sales, and most any other situation that might arise.

We are willing to purchase or trade homes in most any condition. We have remodeling crews available on a full time basis to refurbish the homes we buy. So we are still interested, even if your home needs major repairs.

We do all of the work and we will close when you are ready. We complete all of the legal, title, and most estate work at our expense. We pay all normal closing costs.

We can generally close on a transaction within 3 days, and sooner if required.
